I’ve tried a few matcha powders and this one honestly surprised me. The flavor is strong in a really good way. It’s super fresh, slightly grassy, and nice and bold without tasting harsh. You can tell it’s good quality right away. It also mixes really easily. I just whisk it with oat milk and it comes out smooth with no weird clumps or chalky texture. The color is a beautiful bright green too. Definitely will be using this for all my iced matcha lattes!
