Absolutely stunning tea. The umami flavor is incredibly rich and savory, unlike any everyday green tea I've tried. I brewed it at a lower temperature (around 140°F/60°C) as recommended, and it yielded a thick, almost broth-like sweetness with zero astringency. You can easily get three good steepings out of these leaves. Will definitely be buying again!
